During the coronavirus lockdown, I have been creating new ideas and projects that I can create using things i've found around the house. Last week I learnt how to make a tiny zine out of an A4 sheet of paper and inspired by the Woodland Trust, I took my tiny zine on a walk around our local park and filled in what wildlife I could spot.
Making a zine is great because you can change the size of the paper to make a massive project or a teeny one, you can change the colour, thickness and texture of the paper too. There also isn't as much pressure to fill in a zine like there is with a sketchbook!
You can fill your zine with whatever you like, you can even spot wildlife from your window or even draw what furniture and objects that you can find around your house.
For those of you who would like to create an adventure zine, I have included an A4 template that you can print out at the bottom of this page. If you don't have a printer (like me) you'll have to roll your sleeves up and get creative!
I have also included illustrated instructions that you can print out or just use from your screen, as well as a video tutorial if you learn better through watching
